OutWest have been established for over twenty years as a pro-active support and social group for the LGBT Community in West London.

We aim to provide a support service for the LGBT Community, their family and friends. We offer advice and advocacy to people who have problems within our community, helping anyone who has been a victim of Homophobic Hate Crime, has Housing or Health issues or anything else which you may wish to discuss.

All our services are confidential, and if we do not have an immediate answer we will put anyone who calls us in touch with other groups who can. We have strong links with Local Authorities, the Metropolitan Police and local PCT organisations and constantly strive to defend and highlight the rights of the LGBT community.

As part of our work in Support and Advocacy, OutWest try to stage a conference each year, focussing on certain aspects of support within the LGBT community. Details of our past conferences can be reached from this page.
