SMS Text Message Service

 

OutWest offer three types of Third Party Reporting, online, SMS and freepost.

OutWest are proud to offer the first known text message Third Party Reporting service anywhere in the United Kingdom.

The service is free, other than the standard cost of your text message, dependant on your network. Text REPORT, followed by as much or as little detail as you wish, and send it to 81025. Once you have sent it, you will receive a text from us saying that we have received your text. Again, this is at no cost to you.

OutWest are then emailed with your number and the contents of your text message. Once OutWest receive it, we will act on the information within 48 hours of receipt, and if you have requested that we make contact with you, we will make contact within 24 hours of receipt.
