Signposting

As part of our Support services, OutWest are always happy to be the first point of contact for people who are experiencing difficulties of any nature.

If the difficulty or problem is something that OutWest feel more specialist knowledge and assistance is required, we have an extensive database of trusted partner organisations built up over the last 20 years who we would refer people to for further guidance.

Once a referral is made, OutWest continue to keep in touch with the person concerned to see if they are receiving the support needed, and offer further assistance if necessary.
