The minutes of our monthly meetings and Annual General Meeting are circulated to all members either by post or email (depending on the individual member's preference) after each meeting. The are also circulated to some of our stakeholders on their request.

Some areas that are deemed 'commercially sensitive' have been removed in accordance with the Data Protection Act and in accordance with OutWest's Data Management Policy.
