Meetings

OutWest hold monthly general meetings on the third Thursday of each month in Twickenham. These meetings are open to each and every member of the organisation and all members have equal voting rights. The only person not to vote is the Chair of the meeting, who if needed, holds the casting vote.

The meetings always cover the minutes from the previous meeting, any matters that arise from the previous minutes and reports from the two Co-Chairs, the Treasurer and the Secretary.

The main business of the meetings consist of items that affect the short and long term direction of the organisation, from upcoming events to election of officers and changes (if required) to our constitution.

 

Meeting dates for 2008

Meetings are held at The Twickenham Club, 7 Church Street, Twickenham and start at 7pm.
