OutWest hold monthly general meetings on the third Thursday of each month in Twickenham or Ealing. These meetings are open and everyone is welcome to attend, however it is just our members who can vote on agenda items. All members have equal voting rights. The Chair of the meeting, if needed, holds the casting vote.

The meetings always cover the minutes from the previous meeting, any matters that arise from the previous minutes and reports from the Chair, the Treasurer, as well as updates about the membership and the website.

The main business items of the meetings consist of items that affect the short and long term direction of the organisation, from upcoming events to the election of officers.
