What Happens Next?

If you have completed the online form or sent us one of our booklets, then well done, the difficult bit is all done.

If you wanted us to report all the information to the Police:
OutWest will provide the information via an electronic link to the relevant LGBT Police Liaison Officer in the borough where the incident took place for their records  and any further action they may wish to take.

If you didn't want us to pass your personal information to the Police but to report the incident:
OutWest will separate your personal information from the details of the incident, and we will provide this via an electronic link to the relevant LGBT Police Liaison Officer in the borough where the incident took place for their records.

If you didn't want us to pass any information to the Police:
Then we won't! OutWest will record the statistic of the incident and that is all. Your form will be securely stored and only the basic details of the incident reported will be used when providing  quarterly statistics
