Freepost Reporting

OutWest currently offer two types of reporting, our online form and a freepost paper copy of the form. OutWest hope to develop other methods of reporting in the near future

You can pick up a Freepost pack from many different places. Click here to find a location near you.

Once you have completed the  booklet, you can return it to OutWest in the freepost envelope attached  to the booklet. Once OutWest receive it, we will act on the information  within 48 hours of receipt, and if you have requested that we make  contact with you, we will make contact within 24 hours of receipt.
