OutWest relies on the commitment, generosity, and enthusiasm of companies and their employees to raise vital funds.
There are a number of ways your company can support our work whilst adding value to your reputation through an association with OutWest.
Support OutWest and raise your company’s profile as a truly inclusive employer of lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans people in West London. Organise your own fundraising activities; sporting challenges, raffles, benefit and quiz nights all work as fantastic team building and networking exercises for your employee network group and to help build relationships with clients and suppliers. Employee Fundraising
Employee fundraising is fun, simple and effective, as well as a great way of raising money for OutWest. By supporting your staff to fundraise you can:
- Engage employees to work together for a common cause
- Improve awareness of OutWest and LGBT Issues among your workforce
- Develop staff members' personal and professional skills
- Double the efforts of your employees by providing matched funding.

Payroll Giving
Payroll Giving is an easy way for your employees to make regular donations to OutWest directly from their pay. Donations your employees make through a Payroll Giving Scheme are deducted from their pay before tax is deducted. This means that employees are given tax relief on their donation immediately - and at their highest rate of tax. It’s easy to set up a Payroll Giving Scheme for your business and there’s little in the way of cost and administration. Do you regularly host events and dress down days, Make OutWest your charity of the year and you will continue to help support our work with West London’s LGBT communities.
DONATE AT NO COST TO YOU or your Employees
There are a number of companies that support OutWest who will donate a percentage of their sales to support our work.
If your employees Like Shopping?
Well they can raise money for OutWest by completing shopping online using the following link and it won’t cost them a penny. Remember to ask them to tell their friends and family to do the same as this helps us raise even more vital funds. Recycling Appeal
Help us raise money and also do your bit to help the environment as much as anyone. If you would like to do your bit too and raise money for OutWest at the same time you can. Donate your old mobile phones and printer cartridges and Recycling Appeal will donate the money to OutWest.
